Yes you heard me right. Getting some sleep is the best way to avoid those unwanted thoughts that you don’t really want to have. Sleep is the natural way of getting relaxed. It gives your mind some rest. When we are in deep sleep our mind stops producing any thoughts and we are unconscious of our outside world. And when we are awake, we have a completely fresh mind. Now we are ready to start afresh and concentrate on something better. Sometimes the problems seem very little after getting some good sleep and this I can say from my own experiences. So next time before suffering from unwanted thoughts try to get some good night sleep and take the benefits of it.

Oh ya! Making some fun is also beneficial when You are unable to stop your unwanted thought process and get disturbed. Now it’s time to do some things that you enjoy in doing. It can be anything like playing a game, exercising, painting, singing, dancing or listening some music. All these are very helpful in making your mind afresh.
It is also helpful as you will busy in doing something and that’s how you will be unable to continue your thought process whether it’s good or bad. So give it a try to stop unwanted thoughts.
