We often found ourselves busy with unimportant thoughts whether we want it or not. We usually busy in our work all day long and at the end of the day, It is our time to relax. But when we are about to sleep without worrying anything, instead of getting relaxed, we often tend to think a lot of things. All these thoughts may be important may be not, does not matter. I am not saying it is bad but of course, it is not the best time to think of all these. Here we need to know how to clear our minds.
We can do something is that reserve that specific time for ourselves and shift that thinking process to some other more convenient time. It’s better to set up a goal and reserve at least 30 minutes to think only of those uncontrollable thoughts.

If you are too busy in your life you may need to try this for every single day. But if you live a moderately busy life then 3 to 4 times a week will be alright for you. This is really helpful. So keep what I am going to share now in mind.
Exercise This Simple Process: Take this very seriously
1. Search a place in your house that you like most. It must be silent and make sure that no one can disturb you there for at least 30 minutes. Take a paper and pen with you there.

2. For the first few minutes think of anything that comes to your mind. Don’t try to control your thoughts. Don’t think it is good or it is bad kind of things. Take your thoughts just as your thoughts.
3. Now start writing your thoughts on a piece of paper. Write what you wish, don’t need to be arranged or well managed. Don’t need to think of that as important or ridiculous in manner. Just write down.

4. After finishing writing read it and add something if you miss. Then reread it again.
5. After you are done arrange them in two different manners. First is Necessary for You and 2nd is You Love to have.
6. Now you are done. Next is taking a small step ahead from necessary for you list.
7. Practically think of what little you can do to fulfill your desire and try to do it. It’s may just be a phone call to someone or buying something for you. It can be anything not necessarily need to be a big matter.
