Fear is something that we learn with our experiences. We are not born with fear and that is why it can be wiped out from our mind by practicing self-discipline regularly.
Rejection, poverty, loss of money are the most common faces of fear. This kind of fears forces us to avoid taking chances in many things that may change our luck. If we want to get bigger in our life, we have to learn to take some chances by conquering our fear.
There are many other kinds of fears such as loss of jobs, houses, love and much more. All these kind of fears hold us back to fulfill our dreams.
Fear Paralyzes Us:
The attitude of “I can’t” is the most common reaction whenever we are in a fearful situation. We often restrain ourselves from taking any action as we fear of failure or loss. It is physically experienced in our solar plexus. When we feel afraid, our mouth and throat go dry, our heart starts pounding heavily. Often in this situation, we breathe shallowly and our stomach churns. It’s when we feel like get up and run towards the bathroom.
A fearful situation can be better explained by an example of a deer that caught in the headlight of a car. This is a kind of negative habit pattern that we all experienced time to time. Fear shuts our brains down and the only possible reaction we can make in this situation is Fight or Flight.

Visualize Yourself as a Unfearful Person:
If you start visualizing in your mind that you don’t afraid of anything, your subconscious mind will take this as a command and remember this whenever this kind of situation comes in real life. Start act in a superior and confident manner as you don’t have any kind of fear. Thus you are training your mind to be unfearful and daring in future.
There is a law of Reversibility that actually supports the above expression. According to this, “if you feel in a specific way, your mind will start acting the way you feel”. So if you start acting in a specific way without feeling that kind of emotion, your subconscious mind will create a feeling for your consistent way of action for this Law of Reversibility.

Take Some Actions Against Fear:
Don’t just sit and accept that you are feared as it will not be going to help you in the long run. Instead of that start taking some real action by confronting the situation. Trying to solve a fearful situation for the first time in your life will make you feel like you never before. You may solve the matter or not but the trying is a must. This is the path that helps you become invincible.
Stop Thinking about Consequences:
It is excessive thinking that makes you paralyzed in this kind of situation. It leads you towards more complex and negative results. And then you afraid. And becoming afraid makes you more afraid and less confident. But when you identify your fear and be ready to face it, it will become more manageable and your fear will grow smaller and smaller.

You have to deal with your fear directly:
Talk to somebody like a friend or guardian if necessary. They can provide you some resolution. As everyone has fear of something and their experiences may motivate you. Their experiences can serve you a better idea. You will know that you are not the only one who is afraid. People like you are out there and they face the situation boldly. And now ask yourself, ”if they can, Why I can not ?”
