eBay is one of the biggest online buying platforms. Different items are available on eBay. But things got complicated when you receive something not as mentioned or damaged or defective. Here comes the question of ebay returns means returning the item back to the source and have your money back. It’s kind of disturbing, though. But it’s really not that hard to do. Actually, it is kind of easy.
You will get refund depending on bellow conditions:

handling or carrying damage issue
Not as described

Here is the simple process to return something to the seller. First, log in to your eBay.in account. Then go to “track my order” from menu located upper left side. You will see your recent making orders there. Choose which one you want to return.

If you just received your item and it is not updated by the courier partner. You can quickly confirm item received. The right side of your item there must be saying action required. You can click on that and acknowledge that you received the product. Now you are ready to go.

On the right side of your product, there is a menu called “more actions”, click on that. And you can now see Resolve a problem menu. After clicking it you will directly go to raise a claim option.

Here at first check your mobile no. whether it is your current one. Otherwise, you can update that too by edit option. As it will be the same no. they will call you back. (See next image on #7)

Then Select “Issues Type” on ‘Tell Us About Your Problem section’ which suits your product best. Like:
Item not as expected
Item not working/broken
Part of the order missing (See next image on #7)

Then on “Preferred Resolution”, you need to select which resolution you want. They can give you a ‘replacement’ for your order or you can get your ‘money refunded’ in original mode of payment. Choose which is better for you. (See next image on #7)

And then in Comments section describe your problem with the item. If necessary you can upload some pictures of the product proving your claim.

In Additional Information section, you are asked: “Have you already spoken to the seller about the problem?”.Choose the right one. If you do not contact the seller then choose “Not Contacted, Not Tried”.
Check carefully before final submit
And after finishing recheck everything and then click on the ‘submit claim’. You are done. They will provide you a unique claim id. Note it down as it will be helpful in the further process. In this cases, the eBay claim team may contact you within a timeline of 72 hours.
In 99 cases the claim got approved and they will pick up your product and initiate your refund.

If pick up is not possible then they provide you a shipping address of the seller or eBay hub where You need to send the item back. In the later case, you need to upload the photo scan copy of the return shipment invoice in the same eBay claim page and also write some details about sending the item which you will already have then. And write in the comment section that you send the product back. They will pay you the shipping charges by coupon within 10 days after the seller received the product.
