First, log in to your eBay.in page.
You get the toll free no. 1-800-209-3229 easily but to get quickly connected you need to have a one-time passcode provided by eBay. You need to put these code when asked following by a # key after dialing the toll-free no. given above. Lets see how you can get that code easily. This is very basic but we often forget to use it and end up waiting a lot in the busy phone line. This code will verify your identity and thus you will be saved a lot of time while contacting eBay customer service representative. Just follow this post to know the process.

1〉 As you are already logged in on eBay page. Just click on the help and contact option which is on the upper left corner of your page. It will open customer service page for you.
2〉 Then choose the item which you needed help with.

5〉 Now select a subcategory that close enough suits your issue like “Item isn’t as described“. If not suitet any, randomley choose one.
6〉 Then you will get some info which may answer your query. You may also get links to submit claim to solve your issue without contacting support. If you are not satified you can click further and that is the point here.
7〉 Now you are already given these options like call us, email us, or chat with us.
8〉 You need to press call us button and it will give you a toll-free eBay customer service no. 18002093229 and bellow that you can see a one-time passcode. This is the trick. You need to dial that no. and when asked put the one-time passcode followed by a # key. This code will verify your identity and your call will be connected to a eBay customer service representative without wasting much time. After getting connected they will directly come to the point of your issue. If you select the wrong option as your contact reason (as I mentioned earlier) they will transfer your call to the correct section of eBay customer service. Without this one-time passcode, you have to go through some really long process which will take your lots of time.
