Best good habit is to never get caught by bad habits.
We all have bad habits as we are human beings. Some of us smoke a lot, some love to eat junk foods or chewing nails, some got easily angry on anything and thus the list goes on. It’s impossible to find someone without any bad habits so it’s nothing wrong to have one yourself. What matter the most is your eagerness to erase the bad habit permanently by replacing with a good one. Overcome that habit or just wish not to have that is a common factor in us. Well, it’s not an easy way to go. You need hard dedication for that. We don’t make our habits in a day. So it’s not possible to stop at once. Go slow and steady. Give it sometimes and practice some tips which I am going to share with you today.
Bad habits can be physical or mental
Understand your bad habits and replace that with the good ones. If you have a bad habit make it public by sharing it with friends and promise to control it. Make it a big issue. Think about the positive things like what happen when you succeed. Think about the appreciation you will get from everybody after succeed. Your friends will take you more seriously. You will start loving your hidden superman in you.
Make yourself an example
Let’s say, your Dr. or someone just tells you to ‘stop smoking’ which apparently seems impossible for you. It may trigger you by pushing you to do it more. So take some time before making a promise to yourself. Mental preparation is important before commitment or consulting a doctor. Ask yourself, are you really going to do it? What will happen to you after achieving it? Then go through the process. Bad habits cannot be stopped as they can be replaced with the good one. So start some good habits to practice. If you gossip a lot or waste time by watching TV or playing video games, try to learn something instead like guitar, piano, ukulele or something you wanted from a long run.

Stop thinking bad or hopeless about yourself
Everybody has some bad habits so you are not the only one. Rather to stop bad habits take it as a challenge and face it courageously. You did not bear with it, you don’t have to live with it if you want.
Don’t do it alone
At first, find someone with the same bad habits and do things together. I bet you may have a friend with the same issue and if you convince him to overcome the issue that person will surely show some interest. It is itself an initial success and keeps the fire up in you. It will be like a competition of showing your friend what you got. Promise something together and after achieving that don’t forget to treat yourselves. It’s a vice versa .so whenever you fail, you may punish yourselves in the same way. And remember do not stop by failing once or twice as it makes you better and stronger every time itself. Learn from your mistakes and discuss it. Find out your wrong and correct them.

Remember everything that matters to you don’t come easily
One has to work hard to attain his goals. And at the end of the day when you succeed it will make your happiness and excitement double as it will not be an ‘easy get to forget’ easily.
We all love money and don’t want to lose it easily
There is another way of stopping bad habits by making a strong commitment of not doing it again. You can pay someone whenever you break your commitment. Money is real important to everyone. So if you commit something to do and fails which cost some money that helps you to be careful next time.
Stopping some bad habits is not an easy task at all. It needs mental strength and dedication. At the end, I could say think about all the positive things you can. Whenever you got depressed to tell yourself the good things in you. Get a diary and write down your promises. Just don’t stop in the new way of discovering you.
