We usually feels sleepy around 10.30 to 11.15 every night. The time may slightly varies for different individuals. It is the proper time to utilize for sleeping. We should try to maintain it and not to miss it. But if we do then we feel sleepless for long time as we missed our first call of sleeping. We again feel sleepy around 2 am. So it’s better if we don’t miss our first call and make ourselves habituated to it. This may result in less time to be refreshed or recharged our body. This way, less time may be 5 to 6 hours will be efficient to rejuvenate our muscles.

Like when do you fell sleepy at night?
Do you sleep at the time when feel sleepy?
When you got awoken or is it by alarm or naturally?

If it is ok with your body then you may not need full 8 hours of sleep to feel afresh. Less than eight hours will be enough for you. Thus you will get some extra time for other things. Likewise, for some of us, it may take longer to recharge our body fully. Thus experimenting with your sleeping time you will definitely find out the right result.
